What kind of events do you cater for?

If your venue can fit our bar, we can cater for you! From private rooftop parties, birthdays, and junks, to corporate events and weddings.

How much space do you need?

We need a minimum of 20 sqf (4x5 ft). That's around the same size as a walk-in wardrobe.

Do you provide mobile bar hire in Kowloon and the New Territories?

Yes. We cover all of Hong Kong- Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Our mobile cocktail bar is fully portable and comes to you. If your venue is accessible by car, then we can serve you!

Can we request a specific spirit brand for our event cocktail menu?

Absolutely. During your consultation we'll discuss any preferred brands and source them specifically for your event. Our mobile bar drink packages are fully flexible on spirit selection.

Do you need access to power or water?

No we're fully self-sufficient! Everything is kept in chiller boxes, and our sanitization station means we don't need running water.

How do I reserve the Loma bar for my event?

Just fill out a booking form or contact us. Next, we'll provide a free consultation, confirm the date, and secure the reservation.

Do you provide glassware and ice?

Yes- everything your bar needs is covered. Glassware, ice, bar equipment, premium garnishes, and full setup are all included.

Can you create a seasonal drink menu or themed cocktails for our event?

Yes. Our bespoke drink concepts can be designed around a seasonal theme, a colour palette, or your event's branding. This is part of our personalized event menu process- just let us know your vision in the consultation.

How many bartenders are provided for a 100+ person wedding?

For large-scale events we deploy multiple bartenders to maintain the made-to-order quality our handcrafted cocktails require at volume. Your quote will confirm the exact team size based on your guest count and service duration.

What’s the minimum number of guests?

We have a minimum order of 100 drinks. But smaller bookings are also accepted with an additional MOQ fee.
